How to prevent dopiness during work
People who work behind their desk often work ineffectively at their working hours. Of course, it will endanger their position in the office if their employer knows about. Being sleepy or we can call it as dopiness can reduce their concentration and make their work’s result becomes far than maximum
To prevent dopiness is easy. What you need is only to have enough sleep at night. Then it is better to eat breakfast which is small portion but high nutrition. Do not eat too much bread or rice, it will make you full, and cause dopiness after you eat them. You can 2 eggs and milk or orange juice in the morning, do not let your stomach full. Vitamin C is also great to support your fitness and freshness. Having morning exercise will also make your body fresh.
If you have too much work at night and it forces you to stay up all night, you should drink coffee at the breakfast. Caffeine can prevent you from dopiness but too much caffeine may endanger your health, please drink it occasionally only.
