Everyone wants to live as long as they can. They also want to stay healthy until they die. They want to die because they are old, not because of the impact of any disease. Only a few people that can stay healthy until the day they die. Modern lifestyle has become the main cause of it. People are bounded by fast food, alcohol, and other unhealthy daily consumptions. And the worst thing is that people do not realize that those things can decrease their condition and if they realize, they will ignore it.
As read above, it makes disease prevention becomes harder today. The system has been broken, so if you want to live healthily, you have to change all the system and it seems impossible to do it alone. Actually you have try to keep your health in the best condition and stop consuming alcohol, but in this party you will accept his offer to drink alcohol, you do not want to risk the business deal with them because you reject their offer.
The busy hours of working people also reduce the fitness of many people. They do not have enough time to do exercise to improve their freshness. Like I told you before, it is complicated.
